Briefing

The aim of the project was to create a product that would make it easier for users to access all the activities, services and possible futures of the chain without having to go through the navigation of the official website. Maintaining the essence of the brand and the website was vital in order not to damage the previous experience of our users acquired through the website.

Approach

We developed a Web App in which the user experience was the main goal to be achieved. We designed different flow maps and systems to achieve the best user experience, working concepts and other ergonomic concepts adapted to UX/UI design.
