Previous situation

Hotels that stand out for their beauty, for their good customer service, for being full practically all year round and without good communication on social media? We had to do something!

 

Hoteles THe came to Coco like a breath of fresh air and the turquoise of its pools, the colourful gardens and the comfort of each space helped us to create a communication that was up to the standards of this great hotel chain. The result? Every day, dozens of Content Creators contact us to collaborate with one of the hotels.

 

The Marketing Director was our link at all times and the emotion she transmitted, her level of involvement with all the proposals made by the agency and the freedom she offered us to carry out actions, were triggers for the ideas to start flowing in the Social Media and Design departments.

How did we do it?

We found ourselves with disused, non-existent or poorly managed profiles that we needed to start working on as soon as possible.

 

Our objective? To increase user interaction and manage each of the profiles in a coherent way.

Solution

Our first step was to create a lot of our own content that we felt comfortable with in order to create a quality strategy. Camera in hand, we left the agency with the firm intention of giving each hotel its own personality with every image and every video, and we succeeded!

 

This milestone, together with daily management and active social listening of our networks, made our users feel part of the communication and they themselves created part of the content when they stayed at the facilities of one of the THe hotels.

 

The complicity between client and agency is the most important thing for the work to go well and in this case, it was real and helped to achieve success.

Implemented improvements

After we started to have a daily management of social networks, we noticed that the close communication and active listening of our community was increasing to the benefit of the hotels.

 

Today, we're still growing, but we have several hotels on social media that continuously talk to the user.
